'Worst hotel experience ever, front reception was empty upon arrival whereby the lobby was sealed off with a metal gate instead asking to call the number on the door whereby no one picked up. After a significant wait I received the access card for the room, it didn’t work the first time around. After going back down they activated the card which led me to walk in on a n**** women sleeping. Third time around the staff got it right, however the room was anything but what you’d expect. 'Hotel was convenient for visiting family in area. Room was clean, with fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and dinner set/cutlery. Also iron/ironing board provided. Downside was there was very few power points....not one on either side of the bed. Have addressed this with management. Close to Hyperdome shopping centre and Eagle tavern. Convenient for 2 night stay.'
