Guests will enjoy private access to the entire downstairs accommodation through a separate entrance at the front of the property. Self check-in is available via a lockbox, allowing for a simple and flexible arrival.

🚗 Parking

Two parking spaces are provided in the designated front parking area near the downstairs entrance. Please do not park in the rear driveway, as this area is reserved for guests staying in the upstairs accommodation.

🌿 Shared outdoor area

The large backyard lawn is shared with guests staying upstairs. Upstairs guests access their accommodation using the external staircase in the backyard. Because this access route is close to the downstairs patio, you may occasionally see or pass upstairs guests while using the outdoor area.

Although the covered patio is reserved for downstairs guests, it is not completely secluded from the upstairs access route.

🚫 Restricted areas

The locked storage cupboards inside the laundry and the garage in the backyard are not available for guest use.

👥 Registered guests only

Only guests included in the confirmed reservation are permitted to enter the property. Unregistered visitors, parties, events and gatherings are not allowed.

♿ Easy access

There are no steps between the designated front parking area and the downstairs entrance. The entire downstairs accommodation is located on one level.

Please help us respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. Excessive noise may result in intervention by building security or local authorities.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged.

Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure.
Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.

🎉 No Parties or Events
Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.

🏡 Downstairs Guest Accommodation
The downstairs accommodation is for your exclusive indoor use. There are no shared indoor spaces with upstairs guests.

🌿 Patio & Backyard Access
The covered patio and outdoor furniture are intended for downstairs guests. However, the backyard pathway and external staircase are also used to access the upstairs accommodation. You may occasionally see upstairs guests passing through the outdoor area. Please keep the access path clear at all times.

🚗 Parking
Please use only the designated parking area for your accommodation. Do not block the driveway, access paths, neighbouring properties, or other vehicles.

🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the accommodation. Please keep doors and windows closed when smoking outside to prevent smoke from entering the property.

🧹 Clean & Tidy
Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Wash used dishes, dispose of rubbish in the designated bins, and remove all personal food and belongings at check-out.

🛡️ Property & Safety Equipment
Please do not tamper with or adjust smoke alarms, electrical equipment, hot-water controls, Wi-Fi equipment, safety devices, locked cabinets, or other restricted property equipment.

🔥 No Open Flames
Candles, incense, portable gas cookers, and other open-flame devices are not permitted inside the property.

Please ensure all doors and windows are securely closed and locked whenever you leave the property.
