Just 10 mins drive from the World Heritage City of Bath if you feel like some city inspiration. Or a perfect place to unwind from anything that life throws at you.



The Space:

The property sits apart from the main house (that is also rented out as a holiday let) and has free parking for 2 cars. There is a tree-lined driveway that is for cars using both The Roost and the main house. Although there is no immediate private outside space, you are in the heart of glorious countryside and there are miles of beautiful walks either alone or with a loved one - 2 or 4 legged variety.

You can access all parts of this cottage. It is entirely yours when you book to stay here.



The Neighborhood:

This property is situated on a farm, in a rural location just 10 minutes from Bath. There are some work units nearby and a farm house that sleeps 14 that is also a holiday let. Nearby is a local golf course across the way. There is also an excellent pub just a 20 min walk away.



Getting Around:

We would recommend bringing a car to this property as public transport is limited.

You can access all parts of this cottage. It is entirely yours when you book to stay here.

One of the properties off the main courtyard has a number of pools / ponds on their land. We would therefore advise vigilance if you are bringing young children with you as open water could be a hazard.

There is a fee of £35 per dog (max one dog per stay).
