'Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...

Dirty windows and windowsills. Teflon frying pans were extremely damaged. Dirty/Stained comforter, looked like blood. Downstairs space is much smaller than it appears. The bed was very very comfortable. Lots of amenities, including a convection oven, air fryer, and a bidet. Has a neat feature where the upstairs window pulls out...

'The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country. Apparently the hot tub broke a couple days before we were to arrive and because of the holidays, they couldn’t get someone out while we were there to fix it'
