' Staff was top notch. Nice renovation of 3 ancient factories. My wife said she wishes the floors and walls were thciker due to noise transmission, I didn't notice. The bathrooms are very nice, the large king bed could have been more firm for us. The roof top bar and the BBQ restaurant are crazy good. Very walkable, bagels across the street. '

'The motel was right off the expressway. There was a gas station and fast food close. There were no ways to walk to these safely without walking in the road. '

'This is a beautiful new feeling hotel with comfortable rooms and great beds. The parking is free and very easy. The area is quiet and safe. Very easy access to Abingdon. Free coffee and cookies and dog treats all day! The pool area is especially nice. Would highly recommend! '

'Nice clean family friendly hotel in safe area. We found we had to drive to get to restaurants. Was cool to visit the State St division between VA and TN about a 10 minute drive away. The middle of the street has little gold markers here and there between the yellow lines to designate the two states so you can straddle them. There were a few restaurant/bars and antique shops. Most places were not open on Wednesdays which is when we were there. The area felt safe, but not touristy. '

'After a long day on the road this hotel was a welcome relief. A very nice young woman checked us in and even gave us alternate directions for when we left which we did take and are very glad we did. Our room was clean and quiet. We appreciate the room darkening shade and coffee pot. We used both! Water pressure in the shower is great but the tub floor is a bit slippery..be careful.'

'I liked the staff, so nice and accommodating when I had a problem with my first room with plugged tub and leaking A/C, and changed me to another room. I liked having a wide variety of options for breakfast. Special thanks Madeline and manager Misty. '

'Billy was quick and courteous getting me checked in and informed of where my room and everything else was. The only downside is I was on the first floor and people where in and out of their cars all night waking me up several times. There’s nothing the staff can really do about that though. I would suggest ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper like me. '
