'It’s in a great location. You’re in walking distance to everything. The bed was very comfortable and I love the dispensers for shampoo and conditioner in the shower. I’ve never seen that before, but then again I do t travle a lot. Nanaimo is a lovely city and the people are friendly. We will be back'

'Good place to stay even it is not in dowtown. By car easy to go to Front Str and stroll along the harbour. Hotel: good service from frontdesk, roommaid. Breakfast: the lady from Goldcoast (sorry, i forgot her name) is excellent, friendly and serviceminded. Even i made a mistake with the toaster and crossaint she smiled stayed friendly and cheerful. Sure will stay again. The Thai restaurant nearby is ok if you do not want to dine downtown. Opposite BW there is a big supermarket, gasstation...

'The pool was rented out from 3-8pm daily for children swim lessons so it was very inconvenient for my use at that time. The gym, sauna, jacuzzi were clean & well maintained. Breakfast room was excellent. Food choices excellent. My room very spacious & well appointed '
