'Beautiful setting … always a pleasure to stay here!'

'Het personeel van donderdagavond 7 aug. Was zeer onvriendelijk en ze maakte duidelijk dat ze er niet was om een probleem op te lossen. Dolly van het restaurant was super vriendelijk.'

'The location was convenient with skytrain, the hotel room was dated and it was smelly. The sheets and towels had stains and the carpet was really really dirty. Our socks turned black. We didn’t receive sufficient towels and no complimentary water in the room. '

'Rustige locatie net buiten Vancouver en niet te ver van de ferry naar Vancouver Island. Kamers waren schoon en netjes. Het ontbijt was in orde, niet bijzonder, maar genoeg opties. De ontbijtruimte was 'buiten' en werd verwarmd met space heaters. Misschien een tijdelijke oplossing, dat is onduidelijk.'

'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'We had a very nice stay at the Versante hotel, close to Vancouver airport, on the last day of our holiday in Canada and Alaska. The personnel is very friendly, always helpful and friendly, whatever the request. The hotel has clean rooms, a quality bathroom and amenities. The pool is nice too, although it’s next to the airport. I can recommend the hotel to anyone, for leisure or business.'

'Wifi was prima.Bed was comfortabel.Ontbijt was redelijk.Bijna geen keuze broodbeleg.De kamer lag aan de weg kant, gaf heelveel lawaai en de vliegtuigen waren ook heel goed hoorbaar.Kon de tweede,laatste ,nacht een andere kamer krijgen.Niet gedaan omdat alles al uitgepakt was.En ik had goede oordoppen mee.Vond het hotel geen 3 sterren waard.Eerder 2 sterren.'

'This is an adequate hotel, rooms are clean but some small touches would improve it, shower curtain liner smelled like BO, towels have very little life left in them, and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Best part of the hotel is the breakfast, I will say they provide more breakfast here than I see at most hotels like this, things I’m picky about, why do mini fridges always make noise when you are sleeping, how come hot food at breakfast is barely warm, it’s almost like there is a hotel training course...
