'The views are gorgeous. The villa is very serene and private. The property is exactly as described. All the pictures are accurate. The communications were very prompt and responsive. '

'The house and view is amazing. Short walk to the beach and some amazing restaurants. house had many amenities including outdoor shower, great AC, towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Cannot recommend this place enough! The only word of warning (and this isn’t the owner’s issue) is customs asked us for a local phone number which was so odd. Thankfully they let us through after a few awkward minutes. Owner was responsive when I reached out to her.'

'Great space for 4 couples, bedroom air conditioning was welcomed both for cooling and dulling the rooster noise :-). Close to the airport. Great view, coffee and drinks on the balcony was perfect. Things to note - no toiletries provided, washer/dryer work but very long cycles so plan accordingly. House sits on top of a very steep hill providing great views but not great for walking, used a driver for every outing making it less convenient than being in town. '

'Donald was a great host, and helped us find our way to the property. He made sure we were happy and all set before leaving. The home was clean, and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable weekend. The view is amazing, and the area was quiet. The home is close to some very good dining and beaches. 'We had a group of 10 adult friends. Everything about Sunset House was great. The staff treats you like you own the place. Meals are as good as anything on the island and more affordable (if that matters to you). Carmin the house manager is incredible to work with. Location is beautiful, but be advised, the hills on either side of the home are STEEP. If you are not athletic, you will struggle walking them to the beaches in either direction. 'We just got back from JVD and stayed with Nigel and Karen at their beautiful OceanView Villa. We stayed in the new 1 bedroom Suites overlooking Great Harbour.The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. Every morning we had coffee and breakfast overlooking the harbour view and watching all the sailboats come and go.The place is so clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. 'Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming.'

'The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time.'

'Wow!!We just returned from Tortola and our stay at Murray House. The pictures fall way short of how wonderful the home and property are. The house was immaculate. Well furnishes and comfortable. 3 King bed suites were perfect for our needs. The kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was awesome.
