'The lodge is very well equipped with lots of little extras like cooking oil, games, DVDs etc. The beds are very comfy and sleeps 5 people really well. The site is very quiet and has a kids play area. Easy to walk to East Soar and then to the coast path or to Overbeck Gardens & down to South Sands to catch the ferry to Salcombe. '

'Das Häuschen war absolut angemessen für vier Personen, prima ausgestattet, ordentlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Man sieht es auf dem Foto nicht, aber es gibt Grünflächen, auch mit Baumbestand, so dass man auch draußen ganz gut sitzen kann. Zwei Campingstühle sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist prima, um die Umgebung zu erkunden; Städtchen, Strand, Klippenwanderung alles gut erreichbar. Vielen Dank, gerne wieder!'

'Het huisje was keurig. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Het huisje was keurig schoon. Keuken was goed uitgerust. Badkamer schoon. Slaapkamers waren prima. De locatie zag er wat verlaten uit maar is heel dichtbij Dartmouthmet alle winkels en toeristische zaken die het gebied te bieden heeft. Strand is dichtbij en een rit met de stoomtrein zeer de moeite waard. De wegen in Devon zijn vaak smal en omringd met hoge heggen wat het links rijden wel inspannend...

'Overall, we had a relatively seamless and happy stay at this house and enjoyed our time on the south coast. The house is beautifully furnished, if a little tired in places. We had an issue with the hot water on arrival but the property managing company were efficient and communicative and the problem was quickly resolved. Unfortunately, this did leave us to discover that the security camera that is positioned over the patio and hot tub was streaming to a laptop inside the locked boiler cabinet....

'A family of 9 and 3 dogs, we stayed for a week. The property was lovely and catered for all our family needs. It is big and airy with plenty of seating for everyone. The utility room was a must, having 2 small children with us and it was great to have the hot tub to jump into after a busy day. The downsides were that there was very limited hanging space in the bedrooms and it would benefit from hooks on the back of the doors and a full length wardrobe in the bedrooms. Overall a fabulous stay...

'We really enjoyed the lovely and quite place.There was mostly everything .Bathroom ,shower cabin was big enough.Dartmouth port and ferry was only 10mins by car.Car park on line or call.You neex to have enough changed .Unfortunately you can use contactless.Lots of shops and Restaurant aroundPlace is big enough for a family.The only bunk bed can be change for a double or a normal bunk bed.We spends a lively family time.Thank you'

'Beautiful modern house with excellent views and location. Loved the funky decor with Mexican twists and ercol furniture. My only complaint was there are no curtains. While the views into the Dart are just stunning - I do like a dark room at night and found it difficult to sleep without being able to block out the lights coming in. Otherwise we all loved it - plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax.'

'The property is surprisingly spacious, practically laid out and well equipped. The location is convenient and peaceful, with good parking.. Warm and cosy even in a stormy February.'
