'First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.'

'The hotel is quite basic but adequate for a couple of nights. The number code to access the room is convenient but an internal lock would have made me feel more secure. The free mini bar was great but a kettle and some tea and coffee would have been even better. The breakfast was mediocre. The hot food was barely warm and no microwave oven is available. Overall, I was happy with my stay.'

'The room is very clean and the size is decent. Staff very friendly and helpful. We really like the breakfast which is way above "a standard breakfast" elsewhere.'

'A memorable experience. Everywhere you look are relics from the Soviet period and so you are basically sleeping inside a museum. Furthermore the room (a 2-person private in our case) was more than spacious enough. The beds, pillows and sleeping bags seem to be from the Soviet era as well and are not very comfortable. This is all part of the experience though, and we didn’t mind, so no complaints there.'

'Nice recently renovated apartment, right in the city center. Although near bars, quiet at night (apartment at the back). A fan for air circulation in the bedroom would make it more comfortable Even as a tea towel/a dish drying rack '
