'The pod is in an amazing location but unfortunately needs a lot of work to make it worth the money! The pod is located down a driveway with no direction whatsoever, luckily a gentleman was there to show us where to go. A lot of groundwork going on which made it very dirty with uneven ground. The steps up to the pod were rotten. The toilet/shower door wouldn’t close as the hinges were bent. There isn’t much privacy in the toilet a small curtain or blind wouldn’t go a miss. 'First time staying here. Booked a last minute stay for 1 night with my husband and son. Communication through email was great, no complaints!
Easy to get too and access the property.
Inside was clean and cosy. Everything you needed in the bathroom. Kitchen was good, note there isn't an oven which caught us out (we didnt think to check). Enough plates/cutlery/mugs/glasses/pans.
Very nice touch with the log fire and fairy lights on the ceiling.

'We hebben heerlijk verbleven in het Royal Lion Hotel. De ligging is geweldig; pal aan zee. Onze kamer bood schitterend uitzicht. De kamer was schoon, de check-in vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed. Ons was bekend dat het gebouw gerenoveerd wordt, we zijn benieuwd hoe het eruit komt te zien! Het gebouw heeft met zijn hoge plafonds en mooie ornamenten veel potentie.'

A massive king size bed with a separate sitting/tv area with mini fridge was a real bonus and a welcome feature that sets the coach apart from other B&B options in Tenby.
Car parking was easy, secure and spacious enough for our large SUV. I had no concerns leaving my "pride and joy" there.
