'The property was absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and extremely clean. We enjoyed the hot tub & outside patio. Although it was too early to have the pool open, it looks fantastic! We highly recommend this property!'

'To start with, access to this property during the winter is simply unsafe. You access the property from the back yard. While snow and ice may not be normal in DC, during our stay there was a lot of ice that was not cleared. Very slippery and unsafe. You enter the property through the lower level deck that was very icy. Once in the sliding patio door, you are greeted by vinyl plank flooring with no rugs, so the snow and ice on your shoes melts and runs all over the floor. Now for the...

'Due to some unforeseen circumstances out of the control of host, we had a slight communication issue during our stay, but host followed up as soon as possible. Lack of power and water was a bit inconvenient, but again- Nature was in charge for a bit.Would highly recommend this property!'
