'Room was large, clean, a little dated but comfortable bathroom needs a repaint in some areas but there was a power shower. Coffees teas etc were plentiful.'

'The location of the hotel is near Eden. The staff is extremely unfriendly, although the room was excellent. We had the bridal room with an enormous bath. After 8.30 p.m. we could not have coffee or any drink at all. The bar and restaurant were closed at 8.30 p.m. so the only place to sit was in the hall. It is a pity since it is a very pleasant hotel. The hotel is a very old beautiful building of the 19th century. The staff should learn how to treat their guests.'

'We had a nice villa on a nice campsite. The city eden can better be skipped since it has lost its glory. The stay however was very nice in our villa. Would stay here again.'

'There did not seem to be an 'on-site' Reception. I believe they cover several properties. I arrived late (after 9 pm) and I was lucky there was a staff member around. My key was left in an envelope on the door of reception.'
