The only limit is the single bathroom can be a struggle for the number of people the house can accommodate. The front door could also be more user friendly. Overall, a great stay. 'The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the Harvard Aboretum and less than 2 miles from the Orange Line. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 minor complaints. The twin beds are small and better suited to children rather than adults. The upstairs neighbors walk pretty loudly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.'

'Every year we Mainers, meet friends from Philly, our former home, somewhere near Boston to celebrate Christmas and New Years. This year, our host actually had a beautiful Christmas Tree set up for us. We had wonderful time in a modern, comfortable, convenient home, less than 30 minutes from North Boston where we had New Years dinner. Highly recommend staying here.'

'We loved the accomodation it was big, beautifull rooms. Unfortunatly there was mouse poo on one of the beds. we let them know and they came to clean it straight away. then when we went to bed we found a pair of dirty socks in the bed... and more mouse poo jn the kitchen... we did report this but we have had no respons.'

'When we arrived the VRBO was different than the one In the listing due to issues with the original, I wasn’t told this before checking in which would of been nice but overall not a big deal! Check in process was good, fast communication and good location. Very clean!'

'We had three couples share this property for a fun weekend in Boston. We were going to a show in the theatre district, restaurants in the South End and Southie. A great location for exploring that side of town. The space is wonderful. Parking in the area was easier than expected on a weekend. There’s only one bathroom, though it was rarely an issue for our group. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!'

'The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for 6 people. The bedrooms were good size and the beds were comfortable. Everything was very accommodating, overall we were happy with our stay. There are only a few things I would recommend. In the future I would let renters know that there are tenants that live in the basement, it was surprising to hear voices coming from downstairs without knowing. If you plan to cook you may want to bring some cookware as it is very limited. A Keurig...
