'Perfect little 1 bedroom house on the lake. We went to a concert at Renfro Valley (6 min away) and the place worked out perfect for our stay and easy access.'

'The property was nice, cute little house, well decorated. Located minutes to the lake and to the little town. In July there is not a view of the lake. A couple doors have holes in them, broken porch chair and there was 3 year old expired eggs in the refrigerator, expired creamer and condiments. House needed a good dusting but bathroom was clean. Toilet ran the whole time. I would recommend staying at this place.'

'Great property if you are visiting Berea. Good location close to town. Clean, good amenities, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, cozy, off street parking.'

'Fantastic place to stay …. Great location. Great neighborhood and gracious hosts'

'The worst air b and b experience of my life. We travel on weekends often and have stay at air b and b’s often; we understand each property and owner is unique to their approach at hosting. This property was a nightmare. Spiders and webs lined all the ceilings, with bugs all throughout the floors of the rooms. Every crack in the kitchen counter has major crumbs and debris everywhere. Upstairs does not have AC, which was problematic for our visit when it was in the high 80’s and 90’s. The lights...

'Cute little place! It was perfect for my needs while visiting. Would stay again!'

'Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! I will not share a bathroom with someone I don't know or even stay in a house with others I do not know. Had I know, we would not have booked the place. We were expecting to have the house to ourselves. When we were getting the information she mentioned a "room with two beds",...

'Great little spot in a quiet neighborhood! Very clean! My dog and I enjoyed our time here while we were in town'

'It took her 3 hours to give us a call back with code to get in, it was 85 degrees in the house when we got there the house could been cleaner, between the window was Bad, Internet did not work or TV. Front bathroom toilet was not clean, just 2 rows of toilet paper in house . Lots of spiders.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had plenty of towels and bedding. We were very comfortable. I highly recommend getting out on the lake. Nice place and hosts!'

'House was as pictured, pristine, coxy and decorative. Enjoyed deck view of the lake, the dock for fishing, ability to house kayaks for inlet travel and the recommendations for boat rentals which we took advantage. Lake swimming available in other parts of the lake where the boat came in handy. The structure in the lake is phenomenal for fishing. The lake is not overcrowded with houses, and thankful for the shorelines that are available. Our host was lovely, supportive, immediately...
