This rental consists of the main home and the guest house. Upon entry of the house, you'll find a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The living room invites you in to lounge about on the plush furniture, cozying up next to the fireplace while watching a movie on the large TV. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the stylish kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. Each bedroom is comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects, and a sofa bed in the living room makes it so there's room for everyone. The beautiful landscaping invites you to get outside, view the sunset, and enjoy every minute on the Oregon coast.

Inside the guest house, the floor-to-ceiling windows simply flood the living area and kitchenette with natural light. Stay cozy with a large TV and wood-burning stove while cuddling up on the loveseat. The kitchenette has everything you need for snacking, including a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a plush bed, a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony deck is the shining star of this place, with front-row seats to an unbeatable view and a perfect place to count the stars in the night sky.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
