'We loved our stay. The only thing missing was the beach access. There is a rope the last 6 feet before the beach that goes straight down almost. Perhaps a rope ladder would be better in order to make climbing back up easier.'

'Really appreciate all the amenities, the fire pit, game room and bunk was so great while visiting our grandparents in Brookings, their grandchildren loved the house. The kids had a great time playing the switch in between visits with grandma and grandpa. We were able to take the beach chairs for the day we went up river also, super helpful having those on loan and we didn’t truck all ours from southern California up. Thanks for the stay, this might be our new yearly spot.'

'Wonderful place with a view of the harbor and some peeks at the ocean. Lots to watch, birds and people milling about. Easy access to all the harbor fav's, walking on the spit, charter fishing is right there...nice. The place faces south and has full sun in the afternoon. The temps are usually wonderful so open the windows to let in the breezes, that keeps the place comfy. Unfortunately, we didn't do that the first day so it got rather warm. After that though, we had the system down. The harbor...
