'Didn't use spa. Gorgeous architectural accommodation with strong nod to Japan.. Bed on stand hard to get on for older people and easy to knock feet. Having heavy timber blocks as stools are unpleasant. Cutlery so slim that hard to hold.. But all so architectural. A triumph of style over accessibilty'

'A hidden gem. Well-maintained property in a quiet, scenic location close to all amenities. Perfect base for exploring all that Bruny Island has to offer. The host, Sarah, was very responsive to any messages sent to her, usually responding in less than an hour. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at The Alonnah '

'Check in was easy and the house was spotless- everything one would need for a stay and as it was a wet day the heating being turned on ahead of our arrival was very welcome. Whilst there was no fencing for a puppy Nelson was quite happy to wander around and thoroughly enjoyed the area.Michelle was a wonderful host. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the view when we arrived (Rain) but when itcleared was amazing. Annout of the way place with heaps of charm.'
