'Clerk at check in was a grump. First automatic entry do was in a state of needing repair. Odd front desk location, no line of sight to greet guests. Requested some minor service which wasn’t handled well. Coffee pod restock (no decaf). No coffee cups. Kleenex box was empty. Towels and soap removed. Towels were not replaced. Breakfast buffet was good though not great.'

'Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!'

The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.'
