'The property was very clean and the host was fantastic and very communicative! '

'The property was clean and well put together! As described in the listing. If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. Really though, a nice little place. We’d stay again!'

'This property was a perfect spot and great price for our stay during the Spooky Nook tournament this weekend. The location is amazing (five minute drive) and the property had everything we needed (stocked kitchen including cold water bottles, great washer/dryer combo and comfy bed). We would definitely stay here again.'

'The location was easy to find using Google maps. Sharon was lovely. She met me when I arrived. She helped me carry in my many bags. She showed me where everything was and how to use it. The loft is probably great for someone in good shape but I knew that going in. It was just me and my dog so we slept on the pull out couch. I assumed correctly the water was from a well so I brought some bottled water to drink. It is drinkable but has a well water taste. The cottage is heated through geo-thermal...

'I stayed for a week while I was doing some genealogical research on my ancestors. I found it extremely and well maintained. It is ver convenient everything in Hamilton Oxford. I would highly recommend for anyone having activities at Spooky Nook or even at Zmiami University. I would definitely stay again'

'Check in was so easy! Stress free! I received all the instructions prior to arrival which was great. The house was spacious and so CLEAN. It was decorated to the nines! The kitchen had everything we needed. The host was gracious when we asked for a wine bottle opener it was delivered within a few hours. I would stay there again with my family. '

'This home worked very well for our needs. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen was a nice size. The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Oxford and Liberty Township. We had 3 adults and 3 small children, so we brought our own blowup mattress to help with sleeping arrangements. Not a lot of parking if you have visitors, but for what we needed it worked great. '

'Great location with easy, walkable access to local coffee, restaurants, breweries, etc. It's an old house that has been wonderfully renovated and yet maintains much of the original feel. Host was very responsive to questions. We'd absolutely stay there again.'

'We came for a basketball tournament. There are three parents and 317 year-old girls. The house was just what we needed perfect size amenities, laundry, and even a game room for some extra entertainment plus the girls took advantage of the cornhole. The adult sat outside every morning and had coffee in a very peaceful country setting overall this was an amazing experience for us'

'My husband and I stayed at this property while visiting our daughter who attends Miami. About a 22 minute scenic drive to Oxford. Property was super clean and accommodating. Made a few home cooked dinners for our daughter and played Galaga in the game room. Loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Would highly recommend.'
