'The canned beer (to bring to pool from the bar) was all expired. The reception/bar girls weren’t knowledgeable on alcohol products.
Both elevators need servicing ..the floor indicator lights in the inside of the elevator cars are not working properly.
Bacon and waffles at breakfast were cold. Eggs were warm and good. '

'Amazing pools and property!! The buffet breakfast was delicious and the food we ordered pool side impressed us too. Our room was a bit dated, with the carpet rippled up in one spot and the overall appearance a little shabby. But the rest of the property was beautiful and such a pleasure to explore!'

'From check in to check out, all of the staff were very kind friendly and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and well stocked with towels, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I did not take advantage of all of the amenities. I would definitely stay here again.
My only suggestion, when the time comes to remodel the bathrooms, put in chair height toilets.'
