'Lovely staff, and great breakfast'

'We absolutely loved our stay at Jasmine House. Our room was lovely. Much more spacious than anticipated, the bathroom was very nice as well. The host let us use the fridge in the main kitchen to store a few items which was helpful as well. The location is wonderful, easily walkable to great dining options and some nice little shops. Highly recommend!'

'This was our second stay at the hotel. On our arrival we reported that the heating in the room wasn't working and were told that someone from mantainance would come to look at it. As nobody attended, we reported it again first in the morning only to find out that by the time we returned in the early evening, the heater still didn't work. We had to report it a third time before they made it right .'
