"Everything was fine. Staff was great as well What i didn't like was that the airconditioner did not work. The temparture could be 18 degrees at the lowest settings(not that it will reach it. Temp. was 22 at best) and the weather was really hot for the days that i was there. Thank god the cleaning staff provided me with a fan (made it a lot more tolerable)."

"Birmingham heeft veel uitgangswegen die het centrum ontsluiten. Het hotel ligt hier buiten, dus is het niet leuk naar het centrum te lopen"

"Klein bed, vreselijke herrie van lift. Kamer recht tegenover lift, veel herrie van lift en vd (brand)deur. Vreselijk! Gelukkig maar voor 2 nachten"
