'We had ants in the kitchen. Contacted front desk twice, both times they said they would look into it and they never got back to me. The facility does not come with any linens, towels, etc. We were flying in from out of province and never received this notice until after we purchased a non-refundable stay. 'My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. 'Zeer goede locatie. Maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Vuile tapijten, vuile matrassen in de kamers. Personeel kan amper engels verstaan. Slechte zeep en shampoo in de badkamer. 'Room was very nice and clean, had a fridge and microwave and a good TV. The outside was poorly maintained, unlike the inside of the rooms which were modern. Staff were accommodating and gave us an extra hour to check out. '
