'Mark was as responsive as any host I've stayed with. Great communication. We had a small problem which he addressed right away and when he didn't have the login information to add channels to the MBR Roku, he offered to bring a new TV that could do this (we declined :). The place is very clean and very comfortable. Great heat on a some very cold days. The listing warns about the steep narrow stairs. They were less narrow and less steep than I expected from the warning. Great experience...

'We needed a cozy spot on the north side of Akron for our cousin’s wedding and the location was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfy. Having off street parking was handy due to a bit of snow. We appreciated that the owner had kept some of the original features and beautiful woodwork of the original home.'

So nice to be amongst the locals in Akron instead of a highly touristically area. The house was clean, comfortable and nice to be in. The bed slept very well and the living room made the rainy day easy to overcome, with al little help from HBO. And yes the North Hill donuts were really to our liking.'
