The house was absolutely lovely. The location was convenient from a major road but tucked away and quiet. We enjoyed visiting the nearby rock and gem museum, hiking and visiting the restaurants in Bridgton.The kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in, there was ample living space for our entire group to spread out, and the lawn was fantastic for games and activities.My favorite part was the pond which was fabulous for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing. Our entire group spent the majority of our week doing some sort of water activity.

Great open living area and kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. The lake is clean and beautiful. The two access points for swimming and boating were perfect. The owner stocked us with wood for our fires which was an unexpected amenity. He was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Our second year celebrating Memorial Day here and it was perfect for us yet again. So much indoor play space and plenty of beds for all. No swimming this year, but we did get some canoeing and kayaking out in between rain showers.

Everything was perfect

We couldn't have asked for a better spot to have a gathering of friends and family to celebrate our daughters birthday...the listing was acurate for all the fun ways to enjoy this a bit campy with rustic country feel yet all the comforts of home style of warmth both indoors and out. Not only were the lake views spectacular, the docks, kyak, canoe, paddle board, row boats, raft, docks made for wonderful lakeside activities ...in the evening to have access to the hot tub just off the deck along with the fire pit for conversation and star gazing after the sun went down. We used the grill for barbequeing and the kitchen was wonderfully appointed with supplies in plentyful numbers to serve all. For those who enjoyed the inside rather to outside, the pool table and ping pong table were a great alternative. We had plentiful towels and bedding. We hope to return someday.

Another great visit!

This was our second time renting since the house is really perfect for a group- beautiful views, room to spread out, and everything you need. The downstairs bathroom and living room couches could use an update, but are not huge deterrents. We love this place!

Bryant Pond never disappoints

House had everything you would need for a family vacation. Ping pong and pool tables, hot tub, canoes etc all made the stay perfect. Large yard for plenty of outdoor activities and lounging around the fire on the cool nights. We did have a water pressure issue with kitchen sink for a few days but wasn’t a big deal and was addressed. Like some of the other comments, the water hardness was something to get used and caused staining on shower walls so watch washing your clothes for sure. The only one suggestion I would say is to clean or replace the window ac’s which had a lot of black in the vents. Our week was cool so ac’s were not really needed. Overall it was a great time away and a perfect location.

Excellent getaway for large groups

There is a beautiful large yard for a plethora of games, three different entries to water, a large kitchen, and plenty of beds for all! If the weather turns on your there is plenty of space and activities inside from ping pong, billiards, and board games galore.

Comfortable House on Beautiful Bryant Pond

We spent 5 days on a ski vacation at the house. Everything is perfectly working, clean and many fixtures are renovated. We cooked every day and there can't be anything imaginable missing in the kitchenware. The division into a main floor and a basement floor was very natural for us and kids were thrilled to have their own game space. The view of the lake was breathtaking - and changing frequently. We just kept looking out the big windows all the time. Thank you for a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful vacation!

Great space for a group!

The location was beautiful. While the house is showing some age in areas, it was very comfortable and cute. The layout and game rooms area was perfect for a group— allowing to all be together at once or to different spaces. The fridge is a great size and there is an extra drinks/overflow fridge in the basement. The hot tub was a real treat.

A must see

Beautiful lake house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room inside and out for our four famlies. The view of the water was absolutely stunning. We all enjoyed swimming and jumping off the dock, playing games on the spacious lawn and the hot tub was so relaxing. We will be back again!!

Amazing Family Retreat

We had an amazing time Memorial Day weekend, there's something for everyone of all ages. The floating dock, the pool table, and ping pong tables were big hits. The lake is nice and deep off the dock so jumping in was a blast. The property is bigger inside than it looks in the pictures, and there is a nice big flat yard perfect for relaxing and playing yard games. 2 large picnic tables were great for eating together outside. We were a very large group and had an age range from infants to about 70 years old and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of beds to sleep everyone. The canoes and the row boat were perfect for trips out on the beautiful lake. The loon calls and sunrises and sunsets make you feel at peace and connected with nature. Nice fire pit area for circling-up as a family. Overall can't recommend this place enough!
