Warmly recommended!
Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Very tasteful breakfast. There is also free parking availability along the street side. Good WIFI. Within walking distance of Lipscani street which is full of restaurants and bars. The hotel doesn't suffer from street noise either. I warmly recommend this hotel.

Charmant hotel in het centrum van Boekarest. Mooie kamer en zeer goed ontbijt. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Klein minpuntje wanneer je verblijft in de villa: de verlichting van de tuin blijft de hele nacht aan zodat het niet donker is in de slaapkamer.

Dit is een super mooi hotel in een stijlvol gebouw van weleer, tot in de puntjes gerestaureerd. Goede service, goede verzorging

Negatief: Personeel en service
The hotel mare a mistake with overbooking, or they lied since their own website was showing availability on my dates. The alternative hotel they offered looked equivalent and they offered an upgrade so I accepted. But it was a lie again, as when I came to check in to the alternative hotel, the reservation was not honoured and I was sent to a crappy apartment next to a busy road I would never had booked or accepted. I understand mistakes happen, but on this occasion the hotel lied twice and did not rectify their mistake. Please avoid them. I certainly will.

Dear anonymous guest, The mistake with that overbooking was because a certain site wasn t update in real time available rooms.We apologised though and we tried to give you an alternative.We do understand and are sorry that you was not happy as you were if you would stayed at Grand Boutique,Next time will be better, for sure.

Nice boutique hotel with small rooms
Central location. Very friendly staff, however, my room was rather small with lots of furniture. The bathroom was spacious with a small shower cubicle. Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately no fresh juices. We had dinner in their restaurant which again was good. Would I stay there again ? I'm not sure ...

Very vintage looking property but to beautiful standard. Large bedrooms, large bathroom. We was very lucky to get a balcony. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable of the area, with plenty a helpful advise on where to visit and eat etc.

Being tired of American style corporate hotels this made a refreshing change with its style and architecture. It had an extensive shaded outside terrace. The immediate area lacked amenities but it was well located, only about 15 mins walk to the Old Town for example

The hotel has great character- very old and beautiful , everything inside fits the style of the hotel and they have taken great care to make it like that. Small, boutique hotel so we always felt well taken care of, Oana at reception was great to recommend places to eat, trips to make . Breakfast was also great. Really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful grand hotel
The room was amazing, huge with the highest ceilings. The only issues were the wooden floor was SO loud that if you walked on it at night, your partner will wake. Also, the room was astonishingly warm. Staff were amazing, shout out to Oana - you could not ask for nicer, funnier and more helpful front desk staff!

Grand old Romanian hotel
Staff was very helpful. The only thing we didn't like was the walk to Old Town. The area is not the best for walking,but the hotel is a beautiful grand old Romanian hotel.

Decor and room very attractive. Staff very willing but for example reception had no idea how to buy a bus ticket. Breakfast waitress very pleasant but talked too much for first time in morning and due to that rushing about trying to catch up.

Grand and old style building about 10 mins walk from old town. Check in was a little painful (had to ask about safe, WiFi, times etc etc, rather than be told openly) But all good otherwise - and breakfast in particular was great. The lady who runs the breakfast setup is just fantastic.

Such amazing place I would strongly recommend. The staff are the kindest and go out if their way to make your stay amazing. The building is just beautiful. Rooms are spacious and beda comfortable. Best location in Bucharest! Would defenitely stay here next time in town.

Lovely hotel, easy walk to the Old Town. Had a nice room, Number 10. Breakfast was very nice, Donia the waitress was lovely! A large grand Victorian type mansion house, very impressive. I took a little portable DVD player with me as most TV Channels were in Romanian but if you have access on phone etc then not needed. An easy city centre to walk around, beautiful architecture!

Amazing stay made great by Doina - one of the staff. She is in charge of the breakfast area and she's a really good person. The place itself is magical, looks like a palace
