Lovely clean hotel in a good location.
Room was nice and clean. However the airconditioning system wasn't working, during the day time at times it would get pretty warm in the room. Hotel is very closeby to the train station and public transportation. There's drinks for purchase at the reception and a restaurant next to the hotel. All in all a good stay for the money i paid.

Keurig 'value for money' hotel uit de Continental stal dat mij qua stijl deed denken aan Ibis Hotels. Schone ruime kamer, goed bed, douche okay maar wat te laag voor lange mensen, heerlijk ontbijt, behulpzame receptiemedewerkers die goed Engels spreken. Op zich is de ligging heel praktisch vlakbij Gara de Nord metro en trein, echter de buurt is op z'n best middelmatig. Toch zou ik het zo opnieuw boeken vanwege het prettige verblijf!

Service is goed daar, heb in een mooie kamer verbleven, helaas veel lawaai in de ochtend, maar heb gevraagd naar een rustige kamer, en dat was geen probleem, kom daar graag terug.

prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Goede kamer voor dat bedrag. Ontbijt was inbegrepen maar verse jus op echte koffie is natuurlijk niet aan de orde. Dicht bij station en metro. bus van en naar vliegveld vertrek van Gara de Nord dus aan de overzijde. Budgethotel!

Klein, maar fijn
De kamers stelde eingelijk niet zo heel veel voor. Er was een pad om in te lopen en verder was alles er omheen gebouwd. Nou was ik zelf alleen, dus was het voldoende. Alles is op een mooie loop afstand van zo'n 30 min, dus voor de lopers is dit echt de perfecte hotel. Anders kan je altijd nog een goedkope taxi nemen

Hello Hotels Bucharest: Design Issues Mar the Experience Positives: The check-in staff member was friendly and welcoming. Negatives: Open Bathroom Problem: The open bathroom design is seriously flawed. Odors permeate the room uncontrollably, creating an unpleasant experience. Leaky Showers: The shower in our first room flooded due to a faulty door. While staff moved us, the shower in the new room leaked as well. This indicates a widespread design issue. Cold Room: Poor ventilation made the room damp after showers. Worse, central heating was off due to the season, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. A staff member rudely informed us there was no heating throughout the building. Misleading Photos: The hotel's online images look modern and inviting. In reality, the open bathroom significantly detracts from the experience. Recommendations: Fix the Bathrooms: The bathroom design urgently needs a rethink to address privacy and odor issues. Train Staff: While some staff were helpful, others were unprofessional. Consistent guest-focused training is essential. Be Transparent: Communicate clearly about seasonal limitations (like heating) to manage guest expectations. Bottom Line: The friendly check-in was a plus, but major design flaws and inconsistent staff behavior tarnished our stay. The hotel won't improve until it fixes the bathrooms, trains staff better, and sets accurate expectations for guests.

Handy but no luxury
The cheaper sister of the Continentl Hotel nextdoor. Easy to find from rail station, front desk staff helpful but often busy with other duties. There was a massive group of students when I stayed so luggage piled up everywhere & folks blocking the lobby and doorway. Room was basic but clean, small hard pillows like paving slabs, a fair bit of noise from the trams & traffic on the main road outside despite being 7 floors up.

Seeing Bucharest
Bucharest is an amazing city and the Hello Hotel is a great place to stay. Catch the train from the airport for less than £1, and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from Gara de Nord. The metro is easy, clean and cheap and is 100 yards from the hotel. The staff are really nice. I have stayed several times.

Mi sono trovato benissimo, personale gentile e disponibile, le signore della camera sono state molto gentili a cambiarci le tovaglie l'ultimo giorno. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta era la temperatura della stanza che la notte si abbassava moltissimo e se restavo senza coperte ti svegliavi dal freddo. Nel complesso non possiamo lamentarci.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Die Betten sind bequem und die Mitarbeiter freundlich. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Handtücher haben Löcher und sind sehr alt. Dusche war schimmlig. Bettwäsche dreckig. Als Hotel sollte man sich keine Handtücher mit Löchern leisten. Do teuer sind neue Handtücher nicht. Interessante Konstruktion mit Dusche im Zimmer.

Yet another fabulous stay, This time for 3 weeks. The staff are always super helpful and very nice. I always enjoy my stay here. It is so convenient for all the forms of transport, trains, bus tram buses and métro all within a minute or 2 walk. I know it's a transit hotel and the amenities are limited (no fridge or coffee making facilities) but I like staying here. It suits me. I can come and go whenever I please. I cannot reccomend here enough. It's a great place to stay.

Perfect stay.. Hotel just beside Gare de nord station from easy go and arrive from airport and also to downtown.. They allow early check in which is great... Also the room is clean and bed is comfortable

You can't expect luxury for the money you pay... cheap, 100% IKEA but clean and good service. Over-all, great place for the price. The neighborhood should be cleaned up. Former "Dacia cinema" it's a disgrace and makes the area ghetto.

La chambre est propre et la literie impeccable. Le système de climatisation a été changé : il est digital c’est beaucoup mieux. Le personnel est au top Bravo je reviens régulièrement dans cet hôtel !
