"Leuk hotel en perfecte locatie op loopafstand van het Paleis. De vloeren van de gangen op de kamer verdieping zijn wel aan vervanging toe en de handdoeken handen oranje vlekken wat wel jammer was. "

"We booked the Grand Hyatt Incheon for a comfortable night before our flight home, and it was the perfect choice. The location is excellent, just a quick 5-minute cab ride from the airport (we came from Seoul). The service was friendly and helpful — attentive without being pushy, and very considerate of personal needs. Since our check-in was a bit later, the bars were already closed, but we tried the main buffet instead. The food selection was extensive and everything we tried was delicious (especially the bulgogi!). We stayed in the West Wing, and our room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed deserves a special mention — softer than the typical Korean standard, which made for a much better night’s sleep. Our flight was too early for the shuttle bus, but the staff quickly arranged a taxi for us, which made everything stress-free. Overall, a great stay and the perfect way to end our trip."

"De locatie van dit hotel in de wijk Myeongdong is ideaal. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van 3 verschillende metrostations. Tevens halte van Airport Limousine Bus lijn 6015 aan de overkant van de avenue. Tevens zijn de wijken Myeongdong en Insadong op maximaal 10 minuten loopafstand. Het hotel zelf is van goede kwaliteit. Ruime en schone kamer, fijn bed en nette badkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtruimte is op de bovenste verdieping, maar hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. "
