'Nice place where you can really relax! The 3,5 km bumpy road takes you to "the middle of nowhere" to find a very nice and very well kept estate with a great view of the hills around. There are 2 nice swimming pools and a restaurant with good and honest Tuscan food. The people are very nice and take care of all your needs. Wonderfull place to spend a week!'

'Pros: Locatie is top! Ruim appartement. Cons: De gravelweg er naar toe is een uitdaging, maar na enkele keren rijden went het wel. Het bereik van de wifi is te beperkt. Het verdient aanbeveling om een extra wifi-versterker te plaatsen in de kamer.'

'A fantastic place to either chill, or explore Tuscany. In the states we would say the views around the property are “million dollar”. Ana is the best host! Greeting you each morning with a home made breakfast that will start your day off right. She provided loads of information about the area for sightseeing. To take advantage of this property you will need a car.'

'Beautiful structure in typical local style. Very friendly staff and always ready to answer your questions with a smile. The food at the restaurant is good but not at the highest level you can experience in the area. We enjoyed the location a lot being very close to Pienza and Montelpulciano. Unfortunately the rooms are quite close to the main road and it can get noisy early in the morning. The view on Pienza is simply marvellous as well as the country road to Monticchiello.'

'Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when...
