At check in requested them in same vicinity and was told that all rooms were already set so they couldn’t accommodate the request. Felt like that could be an easy switch and request to accommodate. Towel quality is terrible. Can upgrade these. '

'I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical at first choosing this hole because of other reviews I read online. Especially the reviews regarding the construction happening throughout the hotel. However, the experience I had was not like an experience that I read. The room I was in was clean, modern and updated. I was pleasantly greeting by the TV. The pool was clean and upkept. The breakfast was good every day. I can’t complain at all! I would definitely stay here again. '

'Breakfast food was OK (but I am GF/not celiac so I can't eat most options). The bed was very comfortable. The AC was fully adjustable. I enjoyed the pool, but it needed more care and cleaning (e.g., scrubbing the wall tiles, having more towels available; the patio outside the pool needs weeding). I did not have a bath towel when I checked in but got it from front desk in the morning. My shower was fine (a bit tricky getting the water temperature right) but then I could not turn it off...

'When I arrived at 2:30 room was not ready. after I got in my room at3:00 TV did not work. I went to front office and was told service people needed to fix the service. Went to take a shower and had no towels in room. Went to office and was told that they would be brought to me. Had to go back after an hour and was told that they were bringing them to me. Luckily I had my own towels that I had to use because I never received said towels.'

'The B&B is very unique and beautiful. Historic charm and a sense of historic grandeur. The pistachio room is amazing - particularly the artful , spacious bathroom. Wow!! Lots of cool historic artifacts, pictures, and decor. It’s not sleek and modern- some cracks and window ac units, etc. but that’s part of the charm. 'Charming 1800's style building. With large windows. The floors are a bit noisy when walking on them. The light swit switches could be there viewable. None of the hall lights were on upon arrival, a suggestion would be dimmer switches and LED bulbs if cost of electric is an issue. There is no actual 'breakfast". the buffet serving cabinet has muffins breakfast bar and a Keurig machine for coffee with mini creamer.'
