Even gedacht dat mijn verwachtingen te hoog waren en uiteindelijk toch mijn ongenoegen bij de receptie gedeeld. Gezegd werd alleen sorry for any inconvenience. Ik hoef absoluut geen korting of upgrade maar wilde wel gehoord worden . Het begon bij aankomst, we mochten niet voor de deur parkeren om de koffers uit de auto te laden, we werden meteen naar de parkeergarage gestuurd. Het was niet druk. We boekten een kamer met rivierzicht en een premium kamer ipv een gewone kamer. De kamer had een mooi uitzicht maar we zaten aan de zijkant dus het had beter kunnen zijn. Premium wil alleen zeggen dat de minibar gevuld is werd uitgelegd. De kamer was ruim, de bedden fijn. De badkamer was ontzettend klein en had een opknapbeurt nodig. De douchekop viel uit de houder zodra je hem aanzette (helaas op mijn hoofd). Het was wel schoon. Toilet spoelde niet goed door en de knop om muziek te luisteren werkte niet. De ligging en locatie is geweldig. Ontbijt is zeer goed en vers. Wel ontzettend druk, de eerste ochtend wilden ze ons bij een ander onbekend gezin aan tafel zetten om plek te besparen. Bij zwembad moest een kind (ik denk 6) overgeven maar dit werd enkel met een handdoek opgeruimd door een medewerker en de ouders en het kind bleven en werd niet gevraagd om te gaan. Zeer onhygiënisch en voor mij de druppel. Gang naar zwembad donker voor de sfeer maar nat en glad zonder waarschuwingsbordje. Helaas hard gevallen, ik adviseer een waarschuwingsbordje.

Room was not available for check in until after 4:00pm. It was supposed to be available at 3pm. We had to sit around in the lobby for over an hour while they sorted out the room for us.

Great selection at breakfast, it was very central and a short walk to places. The view was incredible and well worth having. The restaurant had an okay selection of food for lunch or dinner, so only ate there once sure our 4night stay.

La mejor vista de Budapest. Nos tocó una habitación que veía al castillo de Buda, de verdad una vista Espectacular que recomiendo ampliamente si vas a esa hermosa ciudad. El hotel muy cómodo, limpio, la atención del personal buena. El desayuno super completo con muchas opciones para elegir. De ahi puedes caminar para conocer la zona de Pest y tienes todos los medios de transporte cerca para recorrer Buda tambien. Sin duda,si tenemos la suerte de volver , volveremos a ese magnifico hotel.

Excellent location and lovely hotel. A minor problem was the bed headboard meant it was really uncomfortable to sit up in bed and th3 pillows were too soft with th3 spare being like a brick.
