'Beautiful space and friendly staff!!'

'I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.'

'Its a shame this hotel is branded Staybridge. I have seen a lot of Staybridge hotels, and this one is an absoluut dump. Compleet rundown place, would not be a problem if it looks like 1980, but apparently that was the last time it was cleaned. Filty bath, filthy kitchen, no water pressure, AC will kill you. Stayed 2 nights. Because of location, second day no room service. Should have handed them the keys and left first night, but the perfect location to TX tech kept me. '

'We stayed at this hotel because we love staying at the MCM Elegante in Ruidoso, NM, mainly because of their customer service and best breakfast ever. This was not even close to the customer service. 1st of all how does the bar close at 10pm?? And then you can't sit on the lobby chairs or couches after 11pm. The man at the front desk with the cowboy hat was rude and rudely kick us off first the dining area and then the couches when we weren't doing anything but sitting there. Very disappointed'

'Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...
