We are in the heart of BV! Basecamp location for your outdoor adventures.

- Large bedroom with a King bed!! (and a sleeper sofa in the living room)
- Window AC in the bedroom (seasonal)
This home, built in 1892, has historic charm (including a few squeaky floors) & modern amenities. Home can be booked as a 1 BR (sleeps 4) or 2 BR (sleeps 6). STR- License 194.

Our home is divided into 2 private spaces. We may be in the back half of the home, usually on weekends. We each have our own entrance so don't worry - we will not disturb you or probably see you.

Historic BV welcomes you! Steps from your door is Main Street with shopping and a variety of dining options (and bourbon tasting options). South Main shopping, dining, and music is a 10 minute walk. Walk to tennis and pickle ball courts, a skate park, hiking, rafting, kayaking, disc golf and more.

You will enter through the front door on N Colorado with a code we will send you prior to check in.

- large closet with extra fan/heater, extra blanket and drying rack

- Pack N Play Crib (no linens, but feel free to use Sleeper Sofa linens)


BATHROOM:
- Bathtub/shower combo
- Tall shower head with hand held sprayer
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & soap bar provided
- Hair dryer
- Magnifying mirror
- First aid kit

OUTSIDE:
- Walk about 50 steps into town for dining and shopping
- 4 Adirondack chairs to sit and sip. You may even have a few deer pop by

SAFETY:
We take pride that the town of Buena Vista wants their visitors to be safe. We have implemented all requirements from the town to keep you safe and passed the BV Fire Inspection.


BV is a small town where you can walk to most anything you need. Hop in the car for Hot Springs, rafting, 14ers and other activities.

Street parking should be available in front of the house.

We have one outdoor security camera located at the front door.
