'The house was fine and has everything you need for a basic stay, particularly a short one (we stayed two nights). The access instructions were wrong so we couldn’t get in for 30 min, which was incredibly frustrating. It was ultimately fixed, but only after calling, texting, sending a message in the VRBO app, and calling VRBO. There were zero checkout instructions, I texted asking about them, but they didn’t get back to me right away so we were left scrambling to take care of everything before...

'Perfect spot for a young fam of 4 and our dog. Perfect for walking downtown, you’re already there. The sofa bed mattress was awful but the trundle bed offered another option for our smaller kid and that worked well. The only other nit pick would be to get the lights all on the same kelvin temp/color and the ceiling fan/light controls were wonky. Otherwise, we loved everything else as it worked so well for our family. '
