teleurstellend : tegen de verwachtingen in
Hoewel het personeel zijn best doet (receptie en ontbijt) komt de ervaring helemaal niet overeen met de verwachting die gecreêerd wordt in de advertentie (zowel qua foto's als beschrijving). 1) kamer type "executive" is misleidend en heeft niets te maken met de verwachting van "executive" diensten zoals oa. lounge, afternoon-tea, evening cocktail, afzonderlijke ontbijtruimte enz. In tegendeel "executive" is het laagste conformttype van kamer (in het dak op 2 verdiepingen) 2) buiten een bel-boy is er (alvast tijdens 't weekend) niemand aanwezig; en op andere dagen max. 1 persoon die de klant te woord staat 3) het restaurant voor het diner is gesloten wegens onderhoud en de mooie binnenplaats is in onderhoud (beide zonder eerdere notie aan de klant) 4) het ontbijt is van lage kwaliteit en er is geen verwarming op maandag morgen 5) hoewel het hotel een "eigen" luchthaven-shuttle aanbiedt, wordt deze door een gewone taxi uitgevoerd (shuttle-out). De shuttle-in werd wel door een soort privé vervoer gedaan, zij het te duur 6) het sanitair is abominabel en werkt niet, vastgesteld in de kamer en ook in de publieke ruimtes 7) airco op de kamer is onbetrouwbaar (kamer van het type "luxe", zoals de meeste kamers in het hotel) 8) hoewel hotel aangelsloten is in de "VIP+" van expedia, geen extra ontvangen op dat vlak

Staff at the Mio Buenos Aires were very helpful. Property was clean but a little worn. Morning breakfast was first rate and the Steakhouse excellent. The hotel is very conveniently located in Buenos Aires. overall, we would recommend it for visits to Buenos Aires.

We highly recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, service top notch and the food (breakfast) was wonderful! The rooms are big and the beds very comfortable. There is a doorman 100% of the time controlling who comes in the hotel.

Excellent location with nice amenities and good value. Very professional and attentive staff. The Ruffino restaurant is very good and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My main criticism is about the scents used in the hallways and rooms, which are very strong. If you are sensitive to perfume smells, you should make sure they do not use them in your room.
