'Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis in en om Buffalo. Dichtbij metro en bus om downtown te komen. Er is ook een gratis shuttle van het hotel. Hotel is omgeven door het ziekenhuis dus niet heel sfeervol. Onze kamer zat aan de achterkant waardoor wel wat geluid van de ventilatie hoorbaar was. Maar met raam dicht gaf dit geen overlast. Enige minpunt was het ontbijt. Dit was erg karig. Er was weinig keuze en wat er te kiezen was, was al grotendeels op om 8:30 en werd niet meer bijgevuld. '

'property was very run down. Rooms smelled like mold and smoke. very old carpet in room. old bed covers. Pool was closed. Front staff was rude. Didnt even stay, checked out and left after 5 min. they wouldn't refund the booking. Front staff was yelling. Dont book this hotel!!!'

'We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay. Breakfast and staff were excellent and a fun place to stay. We had an A/C issue and they did offer to move us to another room, but we were tired and it was late when we got back. Things worked out fine though and we'd gladly return again.'

'I liked the hotel and location. Just one thing. I booked the hotel because it has a bath tub due to a health condition eased by a bath at night. The first room had no plug and no way to keep the water in, as checked by the person on front desk. They kindly moved me to another room but the same issue was there. I couldn't be doing with moving a third time so wasn't too well the next day for work.'

'Desk staff was helpful with dinner options. Very friendly. Clean room. Great breakfast - one of the best I've had in any small hotel (scrambled eggs 2 ways, potatoes, ham, bakery items, waffles, several juice offerings, yogurt, coffee). Our room was located next to the elevator. We never heard it. We would stay again.'

'We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.'

'We had a wonderful stay! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. When we discovered that the bidet in our room wasn't working, the staff moved us to another room the next day and even upgraded us and gave us drink vouchers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. 'The front lobby seemed updated and clean, and the staff were lovely. However, our room had a musty smell, almost as if it was a smoking room for 20 years and had recently been cleaned, but you could still smell it. The carpet seemed crunchy and dirty and just overall was a lot more budget hotel than I was expecting for a Best Western.'
