Chad and wife we're a pleasure to chat with.House was clean.. Enough of everything ...Easy check in and out.. We had 5 big adults more than enough room ...... Hotub was clean and hit the spot.... Buffalo Bills Trip
I cannot say enough about how amazing this Home was for our visit to Buffalo. The accommodations were very spacious and clean. The back yard was an added bonus and our group was able to relax pre and post Buffalo Bills game. The location was very helpful for any extra items we needed like 'extra Buffalo Bills Swag' walking distance for dinner was very nice as well. Our hosts were amazing and extremely dedicated Bills fans which made us feel welcomed !

My family stayed for two nights, and it was perfect! The kids were constantly in the pool or hot tub. The back yard was our entertainment, and the environment is so nicely decorated (especially when things light up at night). Even though they live downstairs, they give you privacy but if you need something are readily available to help. The four little boys were so loud and rambunctious, but they did not seem to mind or be affected. Thank you for the hospitality!

Family Fun
Drove in from Ohio to meet family from Northern NY and niece that lives in Buffalo. The pool and backyard were the perfect spot for the kids to cool down after a long day at Darien Lake. The apartment was clean and fit our crew nicely. The owners lived downstairs but respected our privacy 100% and were available whenever we had questions. This property is also a minutes drive to Wegmans, Target, Aldi and Walmart, as well as many restaurants.

Great stay overall
The pictures were a little deceiving to me since I thought I would be staying in a full home. It’s an upstairs apartment, very nicely furnished. There’s lots of space as well. There is a nice level of security, you cannot enter without a passcode. There is a ring doorbell In front of the house and also as soon as you walk in. The owners provide excellent communication. My stay was great !

Great stay for our group of 8. The back yard is very accommodating to enjoy cooking and entertaining with friends. Plenty of room upstairs to sleep and relax. Property was clean and the area is near multiple stores and restaurants too if you need anything for your stay.

My brothers and a couple of friends came from 3 different states to gather for an event. The was the perfect place where the 5 of us could stay. The property was clean and spacious. It was absolutely perfect for our us. The owner was very nice and helpful. Without a doubt, I would rent this space again.

Amazing Stay!! Highly recommend!!
I would give 100 stars if I could - we had the most wonderful stay here for almost 7 weeks as we transitioned to the Buffalo area and had to stay somewhere until we closed on our new home. Chad and Theresa were fabulous hosts and went above and beyond for our family at every turn. We appreciate them so much to make this period of transition so amazing for us and be so kind to my husband and I, our son and dogs. Great location as well, close to stores and shopping. Highly recommend!!

Great place!
Chad was a great host. He was very responsive to any issues that arose. The backyard is amazing and the pool is well kept. The house sits on a main road, but you can’t tell once in the house. Its furnished nicely with plenty of space. It’s near national grocery and restaurant chains. If you’re looking for local, you need to drive a little further. I would recommend to anyone needing a place in the area.

This is a great place! My family and I stayed there to be close to Rich Stadium for a concert. They had a pool and hot tub, which was awesome, and very clean and cozy house!! Thanks for letting us stay!

Perfect stay for family and friends
This location was perfect to accommodate me and 6 other guests. Chad was very accommodating and great with communication. Check in was very easy and the house was spotless. There were even some nice added features that were not on the listing which made the stay that much more enjoyable. The location is perfect, it is close to shopping, restaurants, and not too far from the falls. The next time I am visiting Buffalo, I will be sure to stay here again!

We had a really nice time at Chad's place. He was very welcoming and we really enjoyed the apartment. Lots of shopping nearby for food and parks for our kids. We definitely recommend a stay here!

We found the perfect place to stay when visiting family in Buffalo!! The apartment had everything we needed - it was clean and spacious with lovely furnishings; the beds were incredibly comfortable; the wifi and TV options were fantastic; all the extras like coffee/tea/sugar and soap/shampoo, etc. were provided; and the house is conveniently located near many food and shopping options. A true bonus was the fenced in backyard providing our puppy with a large safe area to exercise! We would definitely like to stay here again the next time we visit!

Amazing getaway
Everything was exactly as expected, lots of pots and pans, the backyard was beautiful. There was a patio with a bbq, pool, umbrella with solar lights, a table with a nice fire/flame. Despite the fact that we left a damage chad was very responsive and understanding the entire time. Theres walmart, target & liquor store near by as well as many food options. Niagra falls is also nearby. Thank u again Chad for being a great host.

Great stay! Very friendly renters. When in Buffalo again will definitely stay here!
This place was exactly what the pictures listed. My family had a great time. Pool was great, used the grill twice and beds were very comfy. Chad was very friendly, and very accommodating.

Great place with accommodating hosts
The place was clean and had some cool tech like a blue tooth speaker in the the shower. The owners live in the same building and are very nice and accommodating. No worry about privacy though, we never even saw them in the 5 days we were there. Side note, the stairs are a little steep and noisy going into the apartment but no complaints.

Great place to stay when visiting Buffalo
Owner welcomed us warmly. We thought the one bathroom upstairs would be a problem, but we made it work. Parking was a bit of a problem as the driveway was being repaired and the house is on a busy street. The noise from the busy street was not noticeable inside and we were glad to be able to walk to the grocery store. The patio had plenty of furniture and the grandkids loved having the above ground pool in the backyard. The only suggestions we might have is that the upstairs guests be asked to clean the pots and pans before they put them away, and that there be some plastic plates and glasses for use outside by the younger folk. Thank you for a great family vacation

Home away from home!
Such a cute, spacious living area. We arrived and were so impressed by the appearance of the space. It was very well decorated and had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The owners had extras just in case we had forgotten anything (toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, etc). This home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, and department stores. Owners were available for any questions/concerns and replied back promptly. It was great being able to cook meals and just relax after a long drive/day. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Buffalo.
