'I liked everything… the staff, the food, the room, the parking. All great!'

'Pretty much exactly what we had expected - clean, close to the ferry, a Tesco, and plenty of shops and eateries. Very much a spot on 3 star, like a Holiday Inn, Best Western; but in the Heberdies! Happy with our stay and the hotel.'

'The twin room is very basic as it states. Just be aware that separate tub and shower actually means one ‘shared bathroom’ with everyone else on the floor. It would be helpful to have the light operable above the sink. It was a very last minute booking due to a ferry cancellation , but it is very close to the ferry terminal. The owner did supply us with a bagged lunch as our departure was very early in the morning which we appreciated very much.'

'Creed Cabin is in a great location and we loved the sauna! Please note the property is very small. '

'The hosts are lovely and very helpful! We really enjoyed the stay.'

'Reading other reviews I was a bit worried about staying here but it was great. I had a huge room with a seaview and big modern bathroom with lovely Scottish toiletries. I thoroughly enjoyed a hot bath after a cold day out on the bike. They have a big indoor room around the back of the hotel where you can store your bike. Huge comfortable bed and the room was comfortably warm. Busy, friendly bar and restaurant and I had a lovely steak pie for dinner. Very much enjoyed my stay here.'

'An absolutely beautiful place - the view was spectacular and the guest house was extremely well appointed. It is VERY far removed from, well, everything. We loved the space and would highly recommend it, but for at least a couple of nights stay. Be certain to have a phone that is FULLY functional in the UK (my Canadian phone did not often connect to British data) as we didn't receive our entry access until after we'd had the cleaning lady (who was wonderfully helpful) contact Elly the owner....

'Beautiful, warm & comfortable home with an amazing view. Owner was easily accessible. Beautifully decorated and just gave you the feeling you were at home.'

'The hosts Alex and Katie are a young couple doing a great job running this small boutique hotel! It is is older building however it is well kept up and clean. The rooms are comfortable and provide all necessary amenities. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The property had everything necessary for a relaxing break. Little extras from the owner were a great touch. The gated garden was perfect for our dog to enjoy the garden.'

'Nice, simple, clean room in Benbecula, South Uist. The innkeeper was very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice hotel restaurant a short walk away from the Hebridian Stay. We would stay here again the next time we visit south/north Uist.'

'This is no ordinary pod. It is beautifully presented with so much thought given to it's furnishing. I didn't expect to find a wine fridge or induction hob, but there they were. The towels are luxurious and the toiletries are classy. There are even pods provided for the Nespresso machine! The fridge is stocked with essentials, and even some non-essential treats. Just as importantly, I was given a proper warm welcome on arrival. I loved my stay here. PS The eggs were delicious.'
