'This lovely cottage is better than the pictures. To start each morning in the sunroom with a cup of tea, looking out at the spectacular view was a gift. The bedrooms were all lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some wonderful meals. The weather was superb and we were also able to dine outside on the terrace. 'This was a nice little house with everything you need. Our contact was very approachable and helpful. There were nice little details such as little flower bouquets which made it even more cosy. There is quite a loud street next to it, but as we used the place to explore the island this was no problem. We'd strongly recommend the accommodation to anyone who looks for a lovely place to stay in Stornoway from which to do trips around Harris and Lewis. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.'

'We were welcomed at the door and shown to our well-appointed apartment. Spectacular views from the Castle across Stornoway harbour, and a very comfortable stay. Management are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Recommend the Castle cafe downstairs for breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.'
