'Please, this property is a scam and you have to refund me. My experience with them is very horrible and a nightmare. I got to airport and most of the taxi drivers don't know the place except one man. After we got to the area, two you men who don't look like security men came out with a surprised they are not aware I booked a room there. The young men called their master and he denied I booked an apartment there. The boys have no smart phone so my taxi driver took a picture of my documents to...

'An all round excellent experience. Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Wifi worked well in my room on the ground floor although i heard this wasn't the case in all rooms. Restaurant excellent. Nice pool. Best thing of all though is the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Just need to be aware this is not in the centre of town but there is a taxi rank just outside. Very good value hotel. Would definitely go back.'

'The best place to stay when in Bujumbura. Located in the hills overlooking the city centre. Very safe. Very big rooms with excellent air conditioning. Ask for room with a view of lake Tanganyika in the distance. Very pleasant restaurant with nice breakfast buffet. Very pleasant swimming pool with large parasols.'
