One star hotel
Rooms are smelling badly and very small and extremely dirty. Poor WiFi quality. Staff unfriendly.

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten, comfort kamer
améliorations à prévoir
passé deux nuits : très bruyant (cérémonies près des chambres et groupe électrogène en prenant le petit déjeuner...). Pas d'ascenseur et beaucoup de marches, petit déjeuner pas mal surtout avec fruits mais consignes à revoir (une personne à sorti mes toasts avec sa main pour les déposer sur la table!). Pas d'attache douche, porte de la chambre difficile à ouvrir ... Beau jardin cependant !

Good for businness meetings
Stayed 6 nights and services were good throughout that time. Hotel is not fancy but staff are very helpful and the restaurant has a few good options. The building has an excellent gym. Only complaint about the rooms was the hard mattress. For the price, I would stay there again

Safe, clean hotel with friendly staff
Hotel is really nice, located 15 mins by taxi from downtown. Restaurnt was pretty good with affordable prices, bed was a very firm super king with mozzie net. Water was always available in the taps, power avail off generator but not the air con unless mains power is on, a bad point as its not on very often and no fans are provided either so for most of the time you have no fan or air con. Staff were really nice.

So we were obliged to avail AC generally at night only when guests are supposed to be in rooms. Fortunately, nowadays the problem of power is no morethere. Thanks for recommending us to others.

Too far out of town
Pleasant hotel but the mattress was very hard and I had not realised how far out of Bujumbura it was.

That mattress though medically recommended is not confortable for some of our guests but when advised, we happen to avail a softer one. Our hotel is maximum 10 min(by car) out of downtown of Bujumbura, so not far from Bujumbura. I hope you wanted to mean our hotel is farther from your office.

Pleasant place
The hotel is pleasant, staff very nice and comfort level adequate. There is a gym and buffet breakfast. The isolated located is the main draw back - unless you are attending a conference in the hotel, in which case staying at the hotel is a very good option. The hotel is located on a empty road on the outskirts of town, and you will need your own transport to go to shops and restaurants. The guard will follow you to the only local restaurant/bar (200 m) since it is not considered safe to walk on the street on your own. The restaurant staff will walk you back to the hotel. All in all a pleasant experience.

Dear guest, I hope the staff followed you to ensure your securuty because at night thieves may rob you especially when you look stranger. So it is not considered unsafe to walk on the street by your own, but at night and to some uninhabited area. For transport, the Reception staff is always eager to book a taxi for anyone who whish to.

Hyggelig hotel i kort avstand til hovedstaden Bujumbura. 5-6 minutter med taxi til centrum. Rolig beliggenhet.

Excellent price/quality ratio, with a warm service
An impressively welcoming and smiling staff! Quite rare around here.
Everyone was so attentive to my needs, I was impressed (and touched).
The fitness room in the hotel is very practical and the opening hours very convenient (6am to 8:30 pm).
The room decoration could be easily improved through batiks or paintings on the walls. A little more light (yellow one) in the room would be perfect.
Given the human warm welcome, I'll be coming back with pleasure.
