'very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.'

'Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. 'It’s a beautiful hotel,clean, well organized and attentive staff. However, rooms near the street was extremely loud. Trucks, jeepneys passed by interrupting sleep. We will select inner side rooms if we stay in this hotel again.'

'For the price, the service and facility is not matched with what you can get in the bigger cities. But given the limited options in the area, I would say its ok-ish. Cleanliness can maybe improved. Accessibility to fast food and convinience store is about 600m walk or you can catch a Trike for 13pesos. What stand out to me despite of the "meh", The staffs are friendly and helpful. '

Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake.
