'Tive uma excelente experiência neste hotel em Cuenca:hotel nass loft atahualpa! A localização é perfeita, próxima aos principais pontos turísticos da cidade, além de estar cercado por lojas, cafés e supermercados, o que facilitou muito meu dia a dia durante a estadia. O café da manhã incluso era saboroso e bem servido, com opções frescas e típicas da região. O quarto estava sempre limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade após os passeios. 'The staff were excellent and very attentive throughout our stay. The room was spacious with a wonderful view of the city. Location is at walking distance from many restaurants and stores. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely stay here again if we ever re-visit the city.'

'Hotel Azul is in the most historic part of downtown across from lovely Plaza de San Sebastián. If you tell a taxis driver “Plaza de San Sebastián,” that’s all they need to know. Not a lot of traffic on this street but taxis on streets above & below. We stayed 9 nights in this small modest hotel and loved it. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance & there’s lots to see. First floor is one flight up, but luggage assistance is available. '

'The service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location. Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking. '

'Hotel confused me for my sister who had a separate reservation. Even though I have platinum status she received the upgraded room. We had identified this at the time of checkin. Service by hotel staff was way beyond expectations. We had two non hotel issues and hotel staff went out of their way to resolve. Can’t say enough about the staff. Breakfast items were limited in types but items all were high quality so it balances out. '

'We spent 11 days driving around Ecuador, and this was the best out of the 6 hotels we stayed in. Great location in central Cuenca. Recently renovated and large rooms, terrific and clean bathrooms, a really awesome lobby and an amazing breakfast. The dining room also serves dinner, but there are quite a number of restaurants a within a short walk. And really easy to walk all through Cuenca. Plus the hotel has onsite parking.'

'Very friendly people, speaking english very well. Very helpful to find places and restaurants. The room is very nice and very quiet with a nice big bathroom with rainshower. Very good beds. The breakfast in the morning is tasteful with everything you wish, even yoghurt with cereals. The hotel is about 10 minuten from the Central Square and 10 minuten from the busstation. I would recommend this hotel to everybody!'
