Villa is located about 10 Minutes driving from centrum from Lovina ( 6 Km ) , Pemaron is a village between Lovina area and Singaraja , the capital from North Bali ( Buleleng )

Villa is complete renovated in 2024 and new available for rent .
It is has a big garden ( 1200 mtr ) with a own private swimming pool ( 10 x 4 mtr )

The villa has 2 floors, on the first floor you will find the master bedroom with a bathroom ensuite . King sized bed ( 2 x 2 mtr ) with a perfect view over the pool and the bali sea

The “open “ kitchen is full equipped , and the staff can prepare your meals here
You not paying extra for her service, you only have to pay the groceries.

The living area has nice lounge set and a smart tv connect to the internet, free wifi 

On the second floor there are the 2 other bedrooms , with each also their own bathroom
1 bedroom has also a great view over the garden , pool and the bali sea .( bed is 160 x 200 cm )
The bed in the other bedroom is 180x200 cm .
On the second floor you will find also a living area , and a nice balcony to enjoy the amazing sunset , or enjoying your breakfast 

Including the rental price there is the use from electric , ( use normal ) , use from water , and drinking water .
The staff in the villa keep the villa clean and she can prepare your meals , you not pay extra for the staff , you only pay for the groceries 
The gardener will maintain the pool and will take care for the garden

In the area you can find some hotels with restaurants, most of the direct on the beach , but also a few spa’s and some local warungs.

Some supermarkets on the main street, and for who had to extend there visum , it is close by the immigration from Singaraja 

In front off the villa there is a small pathway for pedestrians on top  off a sea defense , so in front there is not a real "sand beach " little bit more tho the west still have a small sand beach .

In many places in North Bali you will find this sea defense , to prevent the upcoming erosion
