Dalyellup Guesthouse is a comfortable, practical home that can accommodate up to six guests. Located in the popular suburb of Dalyellup, it offers an easy base for beach visits, local shopping, and trips into Bunbury and the wider South West.

The house has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own ensuite. The remaining bedrooms offer flexible bedding to suit families or small groups. There are two bathrooms in total, both supplied with towels and basic toiletries for your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering, including an oven, stovetop, microwave, rice cooker and dishwasher. A washing machine and cleaning supplies are also provided, making the home suitable for longer stays.

Outside, there is a private garden area where guests can relax or enjoy a meal outdoors. Inside, block-out blinds are fitted throughout the house to provide privacy and help keep the home cool and comfortable.

The property includes Wi-Fi, a TV, and easy private parking. Safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher are installed for guest peace of mind.

The home is close to local beaches, the Dalyellup Shopping Centre, cafés, takeaway options and everyday amenities. It is a short drive to Bunbury and within easy reach of Busselton, making it convenient for day trips, events, and exploring the South West region.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- An exterior Cctv camera is installed at the front for security purposes only. It does not record any private areas.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
