'The host was incredible, and the place itself was beautiful. The neighbours upstairs weren't the most considerate, but we think they may have been in transit moving in/out, as there was an inspection whilst we were there too.'

The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table. 'Overall good stay. Location was good. Larger area for all guests to be comfortable. Heating was great. Dishwasher did not work. Messaged property manager and they insisted it was working. There was no power going into the dishwasher at all. No solutions throughout the stay.Had to use external lighter for the gas stove. Gas fireplace in one of the living room did not work.One of the room had mouldy ceilings. Very noticeable. '

'This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and...
