'The house is beautiful loved the layout of home. The Google hub had some family members uneasy due to they felt they were being listened to. The waterfall that was recently installed is a nice addition. Loved all the trees in yard. Yes there is salt water fishing a few were caught and released. All in all had a wonderful time and Brian is very responsive when had questions which was wonderful. The birthday weekend was relaxing and enough room for all to enjoy.'

'Wonderful house one row back from the fantastic Butler beach. Spa in the garden was perfect (it was cold at night in April) for the kids. Huge lounge/kitchen room was perfect and led out onto the garden. Beautiful bedrooms and a top floor room. Garage with multiple beach toys and equipment was perfect.'

'This house worked perfectly for our family of 8 adults and 4 children as each family had their own bedroom and privacy. Having 2 kitchens and living space was especially nice for early morning risers! The pool and hot spa were amazing and so nice to have when not at the beach, which was also so conveniently in short walking distance. The sunrises from the deck or kitchen windows were beautiful and having coffee on the deck watching the sunrise was very peaceful and a great way to start the day....

'Great property. Living area on the third floor gave you a great view of the ocean. Place was updated and had everything you need. The public access to the beach which is just used for the neighborhood is only two houses away and super convenient. Neighborhood is quiet and you are on the beach side of A1A. Great house. Would recommended.'
