'Exactly what you need, after a 11 our flight from Amsterdam. Clean room, all the amenities you need, breakfast vouchers, the citadel outlets next door. Overnight parking for only 18 bucks. We even booked our stay for the end of our trip here in the USA. We would definitely stay here in the future '

'I have never had the valet/bell desk at a hotel of this caliber be so dismissive. To actually just let me take my bags out of the car, not say hello, not ask if they can assist is mind blowing. And then when I’m leaving and ask them to hail me a cab for the airport and they say ask the front desk? Somewhat surprising.
