'I stayed here while I was moving out of my house, but this would be the perfect little getaway for any family! Clean, easy parking, and comfortable. I especially liked the back patio and yard for the dogs. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the Hampstead or Wilmington area!'

Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around....

'When we got in, the place had a distinct smell of smoke that took opening the windows and doors to get it to disperse. Since it looked like it was cleaned that day, that would have been nice to know about the smell. The grill is shared by the front unit and located there as well, so it’s pretty inconvenient, and the outdoor area is just a barren small plot behind the house. The price was great for the unit, but the description was far from the best.'

The high ceilings and tall doors add an upscale feel to the space, while the back patio is a true highlight—the furniture is pristine and very comfortable. We loved being just two blocks from a dog-friendly cafe (with amazing vegan beignets!) and within easy walking distance of downtown and the Riverwalk. Located in the heart of a revitalizing Art District, the neighborhood feels safe and vibrant. An A retreat!'
